We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented **Service Technician** to join the team and we may offer domestic relocation for the right candidate.

In this exciting role, your key purpose will be to service customer sites with a focus on maintaining CCTV systems and associated field equipment, including high level hardware/software and network assets. These include network switches, routers, servers, RAID systems, workstations, EBI, DVM, VMD, Biometrics, Intercoms, Cameras and other products. You will maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support and help the expansion of business value by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

25 Present at Trade Shows

To succeed you will ideally hold Trade/ Diploma level qualifications and you will have demonstrable experience in Security/CCTV and/or HVAC control systems including: Installation, Maintenance, Fault investigation and Design and Pricing. Experience with Honeywell control systems and EBI products in Security, Fire and HVAC applications is an advantage and you should understand ICT and network communications. Your communication skills will be well developed and you will be a highly organised and self-motivated individual.
