We have a terrific opportunity for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. We’re on the hunt for a superstar suit for the position of Group Account Director.

Working out of our vibrant Freeman’s Bay, Auckland office (and WFH too), you’ll be bringing your collaboration game as you work with the wider team, to meet our clients’ high expectations and produce great results. A genuine passion for making New Zealand a better place wouldn’t go amiss either.

Must haves GAD:
This role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover opportunity. You are comfortable and confident with both the doing and the thinking, your business know-how and strategic thinking will be fundamental to your success in this role, together with your ability to switch focus between long-term strategic outcomes and day-to-day implementation. You’ll have both retail and brand chops and you’ll be be confident with both managing clients and taking the lead on key projects, providing insight to help shape our clients’ long term strategies. In addition to this you will be confident managing your team of up to 3 people, both directing them and developing them.

You’ll need:

  • Min 5+ years’ working in a similar role
  • Experience in both retail and brand
  • Outstanding client management and project management skills
  • Previous experience leading, coaching and developing a team
  • A natural passion for the industry and nurturing and growing the team that work with you, and support you
  • A love of creative, process and collaboration
