The Health Surveys team manage the New Zealand Health Survey, including designing the survey content with stakeholders, managing and analysing the data, and disseminating results through reports and data explorers. The survey provides important information about the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders.
The Health System Improvement and Innovation Directorate supports and promotes innovation and continuous system improvement through quality commissioning and policy, effective regulation and evidence-based decision making.
Te whainga poto o tēnei tūranga – What is the purpose of this position?:
The Senior Advisor will design content for the New Zealand Health Survey, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their information needs. They will also lead a programme of work to improve and modernise the New Zealand Health Survey to ensure it is fit for purpose for the future.
