DPMC is seeking a Senior Advisor, Maori Capability, for a six month fixed term (or secondment arrangement) to join our Strategy, Governance and Engagement Group.  This role is to provide leadership, delivery and support for building DPMC’s internal Māori capability and to provide specialist support and advice to business units as required.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy, Governance and Engagement Group and based in the Office of the Chief Executive, you will have a key role supporting strategies and programmes at DPMC.

This role has a strong relationship management and advisory focus and includes providing specialist support to DPMC senior leaders and business units (particularly the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management) as needed, with a view to growing staff knowledge and expertise.
