The Health System Innovation and Improvement Directorate promotes innovation and continuous system improvement through quality commissioning and policy, effective regulation and evidence-based decision making. 


The Senior Advisor plays a significant role by leading the development and delivery of quality strategic business advice, performance reporting and advisory support for the Directorate. This involves providing high level coordination, strategic analysis, producing high quality writing, championing the consistent application of frameworks, processes and methodologies across the directorate. 


The heart and can do attitude you bring to your work is as critical to us as your skillset.  We want you to be excited by the challenge of ‘making a difference’ in an operational role.  This office is the executive function of the Directorate with some high level administration and an understanding of machinery of Government is required.
