About the role:

The Senior Advisor will support the Head of Organisational Strategy to work with key stakeholders and deliver the organisational strategy and ensure that the development is well connected and prioritised. You will be responsible for supporting the design and construction of a “living” organisational strategy with a strong customer focus.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven track record of design, development and implementation of an organisational strategy
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability to actively manage multiple work streams within tight time constraints
  • Excellence in writing and presenting information at a high level to deliver quality outcomes
  • A continuous improvement focus with proven experience delivering high quality bespoke tools and processes
