People may be surprised where MPI’s work takes our people – we operate across the country in a range of environments from paddocks, orchards, forest and oceans to airports, ports, transitional facilities and corporate offices. Whether working over water, protecting our borders or traversing our country’s regions, the days are never dull.
MPI’s internal Safety and Wellbeing team contribute to the promotion of our people’s health, safety and wellbeing as they work in those environments. We do this by implementing and maintaining organisational health and safety frameworks, and providing advice and support across MPI.
We are looking for two experienced Senior Advisers to join our team as we continue promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, by helping to embed risk management into the processes, practices and culture across MPI’s business areas.
We can promise the work will be incredibly interesting, diverse and challenging. This is a role where there is a real opportunity for you to innovate, improve and make a sustainable difference in the health, safety and wellbeing space.
MPI’s Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisers are subject matter experts providing advice, guidance and support across MPI’s business areas. They work to create strong, collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, with a focus on ensuring health, safety and wellbeing is embedded into everyday business practices across the organisation. The Senior Advisers are also allocated key projects to manage, which supports the implementation of MPI’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy.
