Reporting to the Business Manager within the Property Rights Business Integration Team, this Senior Business Advisor position will ensure the delivery of high quality group level corporate and business activities.  You will focus on planning and improving the quality of the business group’s performance. You will work across the business group and wider LINZ to ensure the Property Rights Group is successful and can achieve its business outcomes.

To ensure success in this role you will ideally:

  • Be experienced with developing and implementing business planning and reporting tools
  • Be a strong communicator, and natural networker, so you can bring all the pieces of the puzzle to the table and ensure relevant information is appropriately shared across the team
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor your peers and managers to ensure everyone has the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Have proven experience managing work programmes and working collaboratively within a team to meet objectives. Driving success through your own output as well as through the delivery of others
  • Have worked at a senior level within a Government/Corporate environment where you have been managing business processes and resources in a customer focused environment
