This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join ACC’s Business Analysis Practice working in the Technology Integration team.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be supporting the integration agile release train (ART) to provide analysis services in two key pieces of work, completing gaps in a number of service designs with operational staff.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • Experienced in requirements elicitation and analysis,
  • Well-rounded and comfortable working in both business and technical domains to draw requirements and potential solutions
  • The ability to gather requirements from multiple areas to create succinct and well-rounded user stories,
  • Be able to context switch or work concurrently on multiple features
  • An experienced facilitator
  • Proactively supporting and driving the delivery of the vision and solution forward
  • Collaborating with your team and cross-teams to support the work
  • Technology integration experience would be an advantage, and
  • SAFe, Jira and Confluence experience is desirable, agile experience is necessary
