We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business analyst in ACC’s well established Enterprise Programme Management Office. The EPMO is responsible for delivering business outcomes against ACC’s enterprise change plan and we have an opportunity for an experienced business analyst to join the Business Analysis Practice.

This role includes

As the Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in the EMPO as you will liaise with the business stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, Testers and all involved in Agile or Waterfall delivery of change. You will be responsible for ensuring the business objectives, features and requirements are correctly captured for delivery purposes. You will run workshops in an agile environment including User stories, state analysis, requirements gathering and documentation and documenting business models/systems and process technical specifications.

About you

As the successful candidate you will be a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. You will have sound interpersonal and strong communication skills as you will be interacting with a diverse and sometimes non-technical audience. You will be a team player and enjoy mentoring and supporting other team members. You will have proven experience delivering to aggressive time frames and working within a large complex environment where change is constant.

You will also have:

  • experience working in agile delivery is preferred (especially including analysing and writing user stories)
  • experience working with customers to determine their needs
  • ACC knowledge and experience is beneficial
  • analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent stakeholder engagement capability
  • experience working on data and analytics projects.
