Our scope of change is broad, from building internal capability to optimising the customer experience with the transport system.
The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
The purpose of this role is to help design and implement change that matters by defining the operational capability required to achieve the outcomes and goals of our change initiatives.
This is a “Senior business change analyst” role that works closely with the business to improve business processes from an end to end perspective and in general providing better business outcomes.
You will be assisting and supporting a wide range of internal customers and be their “go-to” person and champion! You will also be adding value to the business, through your solutions, innovation, skills and experience.
It goes without saying that you will have strong communication and relationship management skills which will allow you to create a meaningful presence across your customers and stakeholders.
This role is not to be confused with your typical “Technical” or “Information Technology (IT)” business analyst role, whereby you are primarily involved in assessing” technical/technology solutions” e.g. systems installations, or bug fixes etc. We have a technology team that provides that function.
