This Senior Change Manager will play a key role in helping support the delivery of both small and large change initiatives emerging from this Agile Squad. Surrounded by a dynamic team who work at pace to deliver effective change, for their customers daily use. In this role you will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact people, processes and services. This is a front end role, with all change delivery impacting a large customer base therefore these tools are highly visible and critical to the business.
Work with people leaders, project teams and business to ensure readiness for change and providing stakeholders with decision support advice
Engaging with stakeholders to identify and manage change impacts
Building change capability in agile teams and enabling them to self-serve for simple change
Directly managing change for high impact / complex initiatives and measuring change effectiveness.
Experience with change management roles in a large fast paced enterprise ideally financial services (payments experience a bonus)
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (Prosci, ADKAR, Lean Change)
Experience with agile delivery environments would be advantages as some services are technology driven.
Experience in engaging stakeholders from diverse organisational units to enable successful project delivery
Ability to coach teams and individuals to effectively delivery change
High organisation skill-set and strong influencing skills are a must.
