About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager who will lead the delivery of the organisational change workstream of our Retail digital transformation. The goal is to enable our people to confidently and capably adopt new solutions, processes, and ways of working, so we can deliver upon our business strategy and long-term transformational benefits for our Retail business.
This role involves the strategic planning and design of the change programme and leadership of the change workstream team, as well as hands-on delivery of change management activities.

This role is part of the Change Management chapter at Genesis, who promote the development of change capability both within the chapter and across the wider organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Work with the programme and business leaders to clearly understand and articulate the case for change Design the change programme, lead the change workstream team, and manage the sequence and timeline of change activities Hands-on change management delivery, including impact assessments, communications, organisational design, and support activities Work alongside the sponsor, business leaders and the programme team to drive sustainable benefit realisation relating to people's adoption of change Work within the Change Management Chapter to shape and deliver the evolution of change management capability at Genesis. About you:
Essential
A credible change management professional, who can quickly build rapport with a wide range of people Experience working alongside senior leaders to support effective sponsorship, change leadership and communication 7+ years' experience in leading change management on large projects, with deep understanding of change management methodology, tools, and processes Significant experience in developing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners Outcomes focused, adaptable, and able to track the progress of your work, measuring uptake and proficiency Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and taking pride in excellent delivery Preferred
Digital Transformation change management experience A relevant Change Management certification Experience in Agile methodologies Experience in working with customer-facing teams e.g., call centres Our culture:
