The Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry is looking for a Senior Communications Advisor to provide expert communication services in support of the Inquiry’s work, communicate directly with the Inquiry’s stakeholders and advise on communications.
This is an interesting and diverse role with plenty of variation developing and implementing communications strategies for the unique audiences and stakeholders of the Royal Commission.

You will ideally need at least five years’ experience, be adaptable and resilient and confident working in a complex environment.
The Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry is about people, in particular children, young people and vulnerable adults, and their experiences of historical abuse and neglect in State care and in the care of faith-based institutions. Over the next three years, the Commission will listen to stories about the experiences of people in care and examine ways to stop further abuse.
