We’re looking for an internal communications specialist to cover parental leave. In this fixed-term role, you will help GNS people understand the important role they each play on our journey towards a cleaner, safer, more prosperous New Zealand. You will work closely with our HR team to deliver internal communications activities that engage and inspire.
You will be the champion for “internal first”. You will also be a trusted source of advice and support on best practices for creating engaging communications for our internal audiences.
You’ll have at least five years’ relevant experience in internal comms, and you will be an exceptional communicator with excellent relationship management skills. You’ll be able to champion a solutions-focused approach, juggling multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
You will be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and making things happen, working as part of a high-performing team. You’ll have the drive and ability to thrive in a busy environment. You will be passionate about driving organisation-wide conversations about our science, people and outcomes.
