Teams are nimble, decisions are made quickly, and we are action oriented.While other companies talk about it, we do it!About the roleAs part of the wider Production team at Rocket Lab, the Composites team is responsible for building and assembling numerous parts of our Electron rocket, including but not limited to the fairing, vehicle structures, payload deployers and battery compartments. Exciting projects we’re working on right now are recovery and re-usability of Electron, increasing our launch cadence and we have been selected by NASA to deploy a satellite to lunar orbit as part of a pathfinding mission, You will get to see your work in orbit in a matter of months!As a Senior Technician, you may be working autonomously in a specific work area and/or mentoring a group of Technicians and/or Apprentices.
