We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Cyber within the Advisory Risk team in our Auckland office. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Collaborating and communicating to team members and stakeholders with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including executive leadership, boards, technical experts and risk management/audit
+ Supporting New Zealand clients to develop and deliver their cyber risk management and strategy
+ Review of existing client security and privacy strategies and identification of issues and improvement areas
+ Delivery of security uplift programmes
+ Identify efficiencies that enable our clients to operate more effectively and securely
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Assessment, design and/or implementation experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Security policies, procedures, standards and controls in line with regulation and/or standards
+ Security transformation programmes to address cyber risks
+ Security operations
+ Breach and incident response practices
+ Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
+ Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cyber security related roles – ideally with a Big 4 background or large IT/Security professional services firm
+ Strong project management skills and interpersonal skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
+ Written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
+ Have a drive to build and support a growing team, mentor and support others and promote an inclusive culture where all input is valued
+ Creativity and agility to thrive in a culture of continuous improvement
