About the role.
As Senior Content Designer you will deliver web content for all INZ immigration policy areas. You will manage day-to-day requests, and work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare, review and ensure content accuracy. You will maintain and implement the website style guide and take a lead role to train and support SMEs to deliver relevant and clear content. With your team you will ensure that content aligns with INZ’s strategic approach and content strategy, and meets all relevant web standards for accessibility and usability.

About the team:
Digital Channels sits within Immigration New Zealand’s Information & Education (I&E) team which was established in September 2019. The role of the I&E team is to deliver high-quality information and education resources to help migrants and other key stakeholders engage with the immigration system and supports migrants to integrate into New Zealand society.
Immigration New Zealand works with international organisations and industry partners to improve border security and make immigration easier. We lead government strategy designed to help migrants settle into New Zealand.
