Here’s what you’ll do in this job:
You will look after a wide range of management, support, optimisation and implementation tasks to support our Mobile Core and VAS network systems.
You will contribute towards a team objective of running a highly performant network delivering a great mobile service to 2degrees customers through a combination of network performance improvement initiatives; proactive monitoring and action; quick, efficient responses to faults and strong vendor management.
A very much hands-on, technically detailed role carrying the responsibility of keeping our customers happy.
You will likely specialize in certain areas but will be expected to cross skill to support all system to some level. You will also be required to support design functions, be on call and attend to faults outside of normal business hours.
