About the role:We are looking for an accomplished Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate with at least six years’ experience to join our Wellington based Corporate team.​As the successful candidate you will work directly with New Zealand’s leading corporate practitioners, and most closely with Partners Tim Sherman and Matt Yarnell. You will advise some of New Zealand’s largest companies and key government agencies on technology projects, procurement, joint ventures, privacy and data protection, intellectual property, and consumer law. You will be involved in a wide range of projects and have significant client exposure, with a particular focus on technology, energy, banking and government clients. This is an interesting and challenging role.We expect that you will have a strong academic background, and be keen to work in a busy and hardworking team.
