We have been undertaking a significant digital transformation and as part of this, we’re building a brand new Information Management team within our Digital and Information Services group. We’re looking for a range of Information Management professionals, including a Senior Digital and Information Business Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Information Management, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for building and operationalising our Enterprise Information Management Framework so that our people can better manage, secure, protect and use information and data assets.

Working alongside the Technical Specialist, you’ll bring a minimum of four years’ Business Analyst experience in leading the design, development and implementation of digital solutions.

Outside of the technical skills noted in the position description, we’re looking for approachable, can-do individuals who enjoy working with their customers (the business) to aide them through technology changes.

To be successful in this role, you’ll also bring:

  • A proven ability to build strong connections at all levels of a business
  • Strong experience in drawing requirements out of key stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are appropriate and fit for use
  • Experience working in rapidly changing environments, demonstrating flexibility in your approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
