We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant who loves working in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the DCE Business Integration, you’ll provide a full range of executive support services where your days are always varied.
You will need to be a self-managing professional with a natural ability for juggling multiple deadlines and building effective working relationships.
Your primary role will be to support the DCE Business Integration with daily organisation and oversight of diaries, time management, organising internal and external stakeholder meetings and preparing documentation and presentations.
This is a unique role where you will also be responsible to providing project management support on a range of business integration projects across the wider team.
Whether you’re arranging travel or booking and organising stakeholder meetings, you’ll do it all with your natural flair and unflappable manner. You will be a key member of the team working with leadership to foster a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have worked with senior leaders, be proficient across the suite of Microsoft products, bring a strong understanding of project management and a willingness and ability to work with a range of different products that will increase efficiency and new ways of working.
This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential Security Clearance.
