    What you will do:

    The Senior Financial Advisor is a key role assisting in the delivery of a high standard of performance reporting across portfolios and to respective NZDF Governance Committees and Boards.

    You will be:

  • Delivering quality financial and analytical insights from financial information to inform decision making at a senior level;
  • Presenting data in a usable and actionable information;
  • Driving improvements to processes and systems that support Financial information and enhance the quality of the data;
  • Responding to External Information requests, such as OIA / PQ / Select Committee questions and reporting financial information to the United Nations and other international organisations; and
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high functioning and focussed team.
  • What we need:

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of management accounting and financial management principles and practices
  • Experience with a major ERP package and Business Intelligence Systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Demonstrated research and financial problem-solving and decision making skills with sound quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
