This role is for a 6 month fixed term, supporting the HR team with BAU while they are busy on a large scale transition project. This contract is for an immediate or short notice start.  Here’s what you’ll get involved in This is a broad, generalist Senior HR Advisory / HR Business Partner role, reporting to an HR Manager. Day to day you’ll be supporting people managers with a range of ER and HR queries, helping them to reach good business outcomes. You’ll also be involved in drafting employment documents, variations of contract, recruitment, and a range of general HR admin. Rolling up your sleeves and helping out is what this contract is all about! What you’ll bring to this role Prior experience handling end to end ER cases will see you hit the ground running in this role. You’ll have solid HR advisory experience, including giving advice and guidance to managers around performance management, employment law and policy queries, and have managed end to end recruitment. Ideally, you have experience overseeing payroll/have knowledge of payroll legislation, but this isn’t essential. You’re a no fuss and down to earth person, who enjoys connecting with a wide range of stakeholders. As there is plenty to get involved in right away, you’ll ideally be available to start on short notice. The HR team work flexibly provided the needs of the business are met, with many working from home 2-3 days a week.
