Senior HR Advisor – six months fixed term

    Reporting to the Manager HR Business Partners, you will be working closely with HR Business Partners to provide advice across all aspects of the employment relationship. As a trusted Advisor, you will quickly develop strong and trusted relationships with Business Leaders to ensure we make sound people related decisions.

    You will enjoy working with the wider business on a wide range of specialist projects on the development of new initiatives, programs, and policies across all aspects of our HR strategy.

    To be successful in this position we are looking for an HR generalist with:

  • Credibility, confidence, and exceptional communication skills
  • A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience within a senior HR Advisory role
  • A proactive and positive approach to building relationships
  • The ability to influence and enhance business performance
  • A collaborative and pragmatic working style as well as a great sense of humour
