Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Change Advisor to join our leadership team and support us through a period of change in 2021.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Group Manager and will be responsible for support the delivering of large change initiatives across the business group.

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience

Key to this will be your ability to:

• Lead the delivery of change across the business group
• Build excellent working partnerships with the leadership team, the HR team and with our unions
• Provide expert advice on change and prepare high quality documentation to support change throughout.

To be successful in the role you will bring the following skills and experience:

• Experience leading change in a large and complex organisation, preferably in a public sector organisation
• Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and recent case law and changes
• Ability to prepare high quality documentation
• Extensive experience establishing and maintaining a range of effective internal and external business relationships and networks at a senior level
• Proven experience in building and managing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Understanding of Te Reo Māori and how it relates to how we think about service delivery.

The salary band for this role is: $115,934 – $163,671.

This will be a 9 months Fixed Term role.
