The Group is accountable for all cyber and physical security issues, ensuring that the Transport Agency meets its ongoing security and compliance obligations. 

The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi

The purpose of the role is to lead the delivery of information and knowledge services for the organisation. You will be the face of our exceptional customer service and streamline the team’s operational processes. You will provide information and knowledge support, expertise and advice to Agency projects, managers, and people.

You will be an information champion, passionate about information management and promoting enterprise knowledge, good recordkeeping practices and continuous improvement of the way we do things. Using your excellent communication skills, customer focus and collaborative nature, you will effectively partner with the business and deliver on our key objectives.

About you | Ko koe tēnei

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant experience delivering best practice advice and guidance on Government and professional information related legislation, standards, policies and practices.
  • Significant experience in the delivery of high-quality information management advice, guidance and expertise in a large, complex organisation
  • Experience administering EDRMS software and customer support requests
  • Knowledge and proven experience in developing and implementing information management education and training programmes.
  • Experience leading, coordinating and championing IM projects
  • Experience leading others to deliver high-quality customer service and operational processes.
  • Experience with Office 365 or OpenText is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years information and knowledge services experience working at a senior level.
