Reporting to the General Manager of People, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative and professional team across a full range of HR services. The role has three direct reports working alongside:
In this fast-paced and strategically focused role your work will ensure people have what they need to do their job as best as they can. We will be looking to you to continuously improve and lift our people systems and practices, to increase the contribution we make in supporting the business, whilst at the same time making it easier for our people. It goes without saying that you will be passionate about creating a dynamic workplace culture. This role works very closely with other Senior Leaders across the People function, especially the Senior Manager, Organisational Development.
We are a diverse team so it is essential that you are a people-centric person with sound interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Your experience in leading a team and influencing and negotiating with senior and executive level stakeholders is essential. You will need to bring a focus on collaboration, customer focus and well-honed curiosity to the Agency.
