Our processes and controls are the foundation on which we build great customer experiences, uplifting these foundations is one of our strategic priorities. The Senior Manager Process & Controls Enablement is accountable for driving the delivery of this uplift across BNZ through our enablement model. In this energising role you will work with cross functional stakeholders to enable and support uplift of our environment by facilitating process and control workshops. You will also enable our people to uplift their process and control capability and empower them to complete their own uplift activity through training and coaching. We have ambitious uplift targets and you will be accountable for leading delivery of these for specific business units and reporting to executive team owners on progress. This is a highly visible role and no two days will be the same!
