Two of our Directorates require people with demonstrated experience in the application of policy principles across complex work programmes, strong stakeholder management and communications skills, a track record of problem solving and formulating high quality advice.
As a Senior Policy Analyst or an experienced policy analyst looking for the next career step, you will be able to provide clear, accurate, well-reasoned policy advice that is targeted to the audience it’s going to. You will take ownership and action on challenges, working collaboratively with others and you are all about making a positive contribution to the team.

The System Strategy and Policy Directorate works closely with Ministers and Cabinet to provide high quality health advice to inform the decisions they make on behalf of the Government.
The Disability Directorate provides leadership and stewardship to the disability sector, including policy advice, and is an environment whree you can make a real impact in community based services for people with disabilities and their families.
