Our Senior Portfolio Manager role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a team responsible for the management of a unique portfolio of properties. About our Crown Property Team
Our Crown Property Group provides the leadership and direction for Crown owned property, looking for opportunities to maximise these assets for the benefit of New Zealanders. Day-to-day, we manage about two million hectares of Crown land, including surplus crown assets, commercial and residential properties, pastoral leases and forestry licences. We administer Crown property with a mixture of hands on and outsourced management including the acquisition and disposal of Crown land, biosecurity programmes and negotiating Crown forest license fees. We also contribute to the long-term recovery and regeneration of Christchurch.
