  • About The Role

    As Senior Product Manager you will be focussed on delivering key strategic projects. You’ll lead initiatives that deliver benefits to customers and ANZ, within delivery timeframes. This will include scoping, design and implementation. To do this, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including liaison with leadership teams and the Board as appropriate.

    In this role, you would also have the opportunity to:

  • Support the team to align the product to all distribution and customer requirements, drive member and FUM growth, maximise revenue, ensure all core compliance and conduct responsibilities are met and develop future product solutions.
  • Own aspects of day-to-day product management, product enhancement and customer experience initiatives. Own and coordinate product collateral and material, supporting member acquisition, growth and retention initiatives / campaigns and acting as an approver for KiwiSaver collateral and disclosure documentation.
  • Understand customer needs and determine appropriate strategies to better meet those needs.
  • Contribute to and provide product support and subject matter expertise to business initiatives such as marketing campaigns and customer segmentation initiatives.

    About You

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Product management experience required, however will consider candidates with project management background and solid KiwiSaver knowledge.
  • General understanding of New Zealand investment market and products including markets, asset classes, fund, legal and tax structures desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Comfortable communicating to all levels of personnel within ANZ, including MD/GM level
  • Ideally tertiary qualified with at least six years’ experience in financial services including exposure to KiwiSaver.
  • Flexible, adaptable approach. Comfortable working and moving between different projects.
  • Strong and demonstrated analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope plan and implement projects in conjunction with stakeholders, as well as strong time management and organisational skills
