ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to be part of our Shared Capability delivery team. You’ll help shape our projects and programmes of work by working closely with project teams, helping deliver successful change and outcomes for our customers. You’ll have experience working at a senior level within a structured environment with the ability to be agile as the needs of the projects change.

This role includes:

  • scheduling (basic)
  • processing and managing monthly financials
  • supporting the wider project team
  • engaging with vendors.

About you

You’ll have strong coordination skills, experience with some of the above responsibilities and exposure to or an interest in IT projects. More importantly are your personal attributes; your ability to pick things up quickly, support multiple projects at once, stay calm under pressure and to take ownership of things that come your way.

You’ll also need to be able to:

  • communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • be comfortable multi-tasking and having work coming in from multiple sources
  • develop excellent working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • experience with Project Coordination
  • demonstrate resilience (when needed) and tenaciousness
  • work autonomously and manage your own workload.
