The purpose of this role is to undertake client-side project management activities on behalf of the Transport Agency with a focus on SH58 Safety Improvements project. Opportunities to grow and progress within this role will see the successful applicant moving onto other projects within the Wellington, Manawatu and Taranaki regions.
The Senior Project Manager will support the Principal Project Manager by delivering construction and planning support, driving culture, and maintaining internal and external relationships.
The Senior Project Manager will also manage the various stages of planning, design, procurement and implementation and construction of other transport initiatives as required, and contribute to the Transport Agency’s business plan of delivering great journeys to keep New Zealand moving.
