In this role you will work closely with our IS team to manage the transition of assessment functions and interfaces, integrating the legacy systems with the new technology platforms developed for digital assessments. This work is part of for the NCEA Online Programme – an innovative and challenging initiative to transform New Zealand’s external examination system. NZQA’s goal is to have NCEA examinations available online by 2020.
The main focus will be to update the assessment functions within a legacy system to support the new technology platform and integrate with the existing reporting interfaces.
Ideally you will have a minimum of five years’ experience in business project management and delivery of business change, particularly in transitioning new systems into BAU environments.
This position is fixed term to 28 June 2019.
