We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Developing and reviewing the commercial and financial aspects of tenders, bids and contracts. Ensuring that commercial decisions and contractual commitments make sound business sense and are aligned with overarching company strategy and capabilities.
  • Health & Safety leadership
  • Contract management – Ensuring Project delivery is aligned with the project plan and results are acheived across ‘Key Result Areas’
  • People Leadership – Coaching, development, issue resolution and leadership of the PMO and broader delivery team.
  • Development and optimisation of the Project Management Office. Embedding and management of best practice project management process and methodologies.
  • Minimum five years people leadership experience including Health & Safety leadership
  • Relevant tertiary level qualification (Commerce, Business, Finance e.t.c)
  • Experience in pricing, tendering and contract management.
  • Strong background in best practice project management, ideally coupled with formal project management training/certification.
  • Health & Safety leadership experience
  • Comfortable with some domestic travel once or twice a month
