You will also be responsible for ensuring the risk of financial fraud via customer credits is fully mitigated. Another role required of this position is demonstrating to our parent company that we are fully compliant with group compliance requirements. This role will report to the financial controller.Working within a team-based environment; your responsibilities include the following but will not be limited to:Maintain a register of compliance obligationsMonitor and manage our policies to ensure they meet risk and compliance obligationsLiaise with the business units to ensure the policies are implemented operationallyUndertake and report on internal audits as per the company audit schedulePrepare documentation and host Management Review meetingsReview and process credit notes as and when requiredPrepare weekly and monthly credit listing reports for review by the Managing Director and Financial ControllerInteract with SCM group to confirm the return of physical product from the customer for return processingInteract with Technical Support to confirm the status of return assessmentSupport the Systems Compliance Officer with compliance reviewActively contribute to the continuous development of our systems and processesOther tasks as required by managementTo be successful in this role, you will have:At least 2 years experience in ISO9001 Quality StandardPrior experience in SAP is desireableTroubleshooting skills in a Service environment.Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, OutlookIntermediate report writing experience is requiredHighly developed teamwork skillsHigh level of organisation skills.Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong relationships with all employees,Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of peopleDemonstrated ability to handle challenging situations or conflicts.Demonstrated ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly.Ability to deal with staff located remotely.Well-developed problem-solving skills that allow for resolution of issues within reasonable timeframesMust be able to work independently and without close supervision but can seek guidance or highlight potential issues to managementCurious in natureStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situationsHonesty and an ethics-minded approachThis is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, ambitious and motivated by results, and can manage the pressures of a highly competitive market and fast-paced industry.If you feel you have what it takes we are waiting to hear from you.Our Core ValuesAbsolute Credibility, Enterprising Management, Harmonious Personal Relations
