The Senior Research Advisor is responsible for leading Ministry’s research and evaluation programme to implement the Strategy to Prevent and Minimise Gambling Harm 2019/20 to 2021/22. Other responsibilities include providing evidence-based advice to support the development and delivery of Ministry, Government and sector-wide strategy and policy, work programmes and approaches to prevent and minimise gambling harm.

 

To be successful, you will have significant experience in research and evaluation, including providing strategic advice and thought leadership. Knowledge of current research, policy and operational settings for gambling and preventing and minimising gambling harm is desirable.
