Service Centre Manager – Oamaru

We are looking for an exceptional leader with an engaging and people-centric approach to manage a team at our busy and fast-moving Oamaru site.
You will lead a team of approximately 15 people to deliver outstanding client service by encouraging service excellence at every opportunity. You will play a key leadership role in an integrated service response. Our five principles, Kotahitanga, Manaakitanga, Whakanui, Whakawhanaungatanga and Hononga will guide you and your team towards success. Your ability to establish credibility and manage relationships across diverse audiences will be evident.
Additional to running a successful Service Centre, you will play a key role as part of the Southern Regional Leadership team providing project management support across the region.
