We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Services Management team within the Information Directorate. The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Service Management team, specifically in the areas of ICT procurement, licence management, service level agreement (SLA) management and reporting, and group administration. 


The ideal candidate will have:


  • a knowledge of Service Level management and ITIL Service management
  • knowledge of administrative systems and procedures with proven experience in a challenging and constantly changing administration/support role within a service delivery environment.
  • experience working in an Information Services role, ideally in a service delivery environment
  • knowledge of effective financial controls and processing skills
  • experience in a service desk environment with proven experience in request fulfilment, change  and incident would be an advantage
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • excellent inter-personal skills
  • effective written communication skills.
