You will lead and manage clinical and support teams to ensure high quality service delivery to the people we support in the community. A role where each day you will make a real difference in your community.You will do the following:Deliver appropriate quality-of-life, clinically informed, person-centric support for the people we supportEngage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their interests are metActively manage the development and growth of community-based servicesBuild and maintain an engaged, cohesive and high performing team across the services you leadPlace the customer at the centre of everything we do, being mindful of the changing support that our customers needWork with clinical leaders to deliver clinically led models of service for home and community clientsWhat you will bring – Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga:Experience in a service delivery or operations role, preferably within the health/disability or community services sectorsA clinical qualification/ current clinical registration in a health-related discipline is desirableExperience in leading the delivery of clinical services and productsPrevious financial and budget management experienceA passion and expertise for developing skills in othersExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligenceA love of problem solving combined with resilience to cope with unexpected situationsExcellent planning and organisational skillsWhy us – He aha ai matou?At HealthCare NZ, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, reflecting the communities we serve.
