As a Service Design and Transition Advisor you will be responsible for working with projects, continuous delivery programmes and operational stakeholders to ensure new changes being released into ACC are seamless and sustainable. You will lead the completion of the Service Transition Package.

This role is part of ACC’s Service Design and Transition practice which ensures that as services are created or changed, that all parties involved in the delivery, management and maintenance of those services, receive everything they require to ensure that the services meet customers’ expectations.
