This internal service desk team are part of a key Government Ministry that have been at the forefront of the Governments covid response. As the first point of contact, this team support their colleagues across the country with any technical issue they mave have.
This team are diverse and extremely customer centric. Servicing the wider organisation, you are part of not only your immediate team but a face of the IT team across the entire business.
