ESR has approximately 400 staff with sites in Auckland, Christchurch, Upper Hutt, and Porirua.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide second level desktop support to ESR staff on IT queries relating to Computer Support. The role delivers a key communications channel between the Information Management Service Group team, the Service Desk and the rest of the Organisation. Please refer to the position description for a list of accountabilities and deliverables.Essential Skills and experience requiredTo be successful in this role you must have 2+ years ICT Desktop Support Engineering experience and a minimum of 1 year experience within a service desk or helpdesk environment.
