The organisation is seeking someone who will facilitate growth within Canterbury and beyond by ensuring that opportunities are sustainable and provide maximum benefit for funders, clients and the organisation. This key role will report into the Chief Executive and will be responsible for identifying and actively generating new service opportunities through contracts with health funders and providers. You will maintain and grow existing contracts through successful relationship building with purchasers, providing superior customer service and identifying new solutions and added value.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position, you will share Nurse Maude’s values of excellence, customer service and public good. You will likely have a background in the health or disability sector. You will have excellent sector knowledge, strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills. You will be highly skilled in building effective relationships with key stakeholders in general practice, district health boards, the Ministry of Health and similar organisations. A background in business development or partnership management would be advantageous.
