What you will do

As leader of the Rotorua Workshop Team, you will be responsible to;

  • Effectively manage the Workshop and Customer Reception Teams to achieve optimum productivity levels
  • Drive the emphasis on safety and quality
  • Develop new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships
  • Ensure the team delivers consistence service excellence
  • Who you are

    To be successful as a Service Manager within our organization, you will have the following:

  • Relevant technical qualifications and/or proven experience in heavy vehicle repair & maintenance
  • Previous workshop/frontline management experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry
  • Commitment to health, safety and quality
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach and motivate your team
