About the Role:
This 6 month fixed term role is an exciting opportunity to lead a small but passionate team. This is a 4 bed (1 crisis and 3 planned respite) residential service for young people aged between 13 and 18 who have a mental health diagnosis. This important service is delivered in a spacious 4-bedroom home in Hastings and has a newly created sensory modulation room on site as well as an outdoor sensory garden.
You will liaise with clinical teams [Child and Adolescent Family Services], provide supervision and compile reporting in relation to the service you manage, along with providing on call support to the central region, in addition to this you will be responsible for managing time sheets and be confident in the people leader space.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing young people achieve their goals, whether that is staff or our clients.
Resilience, assertiveness and strong professional boundaries are important for this role, along with the ability to create a positive working environment despite daily challenges.
This is a full time (40 hour per week) between 8.30 – 5pm, however some flexibility will be required.
