Services for Children and Families are the pivotal operational group that delivers services and support through intensive intervention, assessment and investigation, family group conferences, transition services and social work. We are on an ambitious journey to transition to new and enhanced services for tamariki and their whānau.
We are looking for two experienced and authentic leaders who can focus on people, culture and performance. This challenging role will see you build and lead high performing teams to deliver a range of services to children and families in either the Wellington city or Lower Hutt community. In order to deliver these services, the Site Manager needs to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners (such as Iwi and Maori organisations and NGOs).
This role requires a passion to lead from the front line along with the ability to influence, recruit talent, prioritise coaching, develop capability, and effectively manage performance.
