Area Sales Lead – (SME) Business – Spark NZIf you are looking for an exciting career with a leading New Zealand company experiencing growth and offering enormous career development opportunities, and have experience leading ICT sales teams, then we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:As Area Lead in our SME business channel you will lead a territory / region to deliver outstanding customer experiences and revenue performance across a network of local Business hub regions.You will be required to establish a culture of high performance across customer facing teams to deliver to aligned targets and customer satisfaction across an existing base.You’ll be required to lead from the front with quality customer facing time and be instrumental in recruitment & coaching.You’ll champion the needs of your teams with stakeholders across Spark and channel partners to improve sales & service outcomes.You’ll promote Spark’s values to help make Spark an awesome place to workKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESReporting to the SME National Chapter Lead you will form part of the Area leadership team in our Spark SME Customer Channel. Based in the North Island you will lead a partner network in a defined territory including some of our North Island based business hub partners and coordinate direct & indirect relationships to achieve sales & service targets.To be considered you will have:You’ll have 3+ years’ experience in sales & service leadership, including the ability to effectively maintain and influence direct & indirect relationships, key stakeholders and other leadersYou’ll have 5+ years’ relevant sales experience in ICT, with a proven track record of achievementYou will have excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability clearly articulate ideas/concepts & effectively present both written & verbal.Strong commercial & analytical skills are a must. You’ll have the ability to understand commercial drivers and how they can be used to influence behaviors in channel.You’ll be an advocate for our customers and partners and focused on delivering support to enable the front line to excel and deliver outstanding customer interactions.Only applicants who are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and currently reside in New Zealand will be considered for this advertised position.
