Social Worker – Oranga Tamariki – Lower Hutt Site

If this sounds like you, look no further. We are currently seeking for a couple Social Worker practitioners to join our passionate and supportive team at our Lower Hutt site.
A big part of your role focuses on establishing a positive partnership with other agencies and the community to identify the best outcomes for all stakeholders where your well-developed communication skills both written and oral will be practiced. You will also be enhancing your soft skills through listening and participating in developing and delivering effective and efficient planning to support our tamariki and rangatahi to ensure their voices are heard
Utilising the latest strength-based practice tools and assessment framework will be one of your main motivations as this provision the order to make positive changes in the lives of our young people and families in our community.
